Changes

Well, the time has come dear blog friends, for me to tell you that I will be taking a blogging break. The blog break is necessary because my family and I are moving. I've been spending more time sorting and packing than working on projects to share with you (as you may have already noticed...) and I know that will continue for the next little bit. I still have high hopes of finishing my star quilt before my move and if I do manage to accomplish that, I will be sure to post about it. You see, my sewing will be one of the last things that I pack away. Somehow, just a few moments immersed in fabric and thread brings some sanity to my crazy world of packing. I'm sure fellow fabricaholics can understand that... ;o)

I will return here as soon as possible. Now I shall go back to my packing...

  1. All the best. I think you are very wise to cut down on extra activities. Moving is nearly on the top of the stress list. Cherrie

  7. Your moving? Man that's a lot of work! I think you are infinitely sensible to leave your sewing packing till last. It will be a pool of sanity in the ocean of stress that is moving. I know I'm getting a bit dramatic here. Can you tell we've been considering a move and that I dislike moving? Is this a 'good' move for you? Does it make you happy? If so then it will all be worth it. Hope everything goes well. (I'll really miss you!)
